Less than a week until the Inaugural RunDisney Star Wars – The Dark Side Half Marathon.
Monday (4/4): I ran on the treadmill at the MUSC Wellness Center at lunch. I ran 5 miles at an 8:30 pace.
Tuesday (4/5): No workout
Wednesday (4/6): On Wednesday, I ran 4.1 miles with my MUSC running group at 5:30 am. Pace: 9:30/mile
Thursday (4/7): No workout
Friday (4/8): No workout
Saturday (4/9): On Saturday we met in Mount Pleasant and ran 8 miles over to Sullivan’s Island and back. It was a nice run, but kind of windy & chilly for April in Charleston. We kept it pretty slow at a 9:52 pace. Luke, Dan, & Emack ran with me.
