RECOVERY WEEK… After running the Santa Fe Thunder Half Marathon in Santa Fe on Sunday, I was pretty burnt out this week, so there wasn’t much in the way of training. Saturday was my only run for this week.
I only have a quick turn around before my next half marathon for State #16 in Portland, Oregon on October 9th with the Portland Half Marathon.
Monday (9/19): Flew back home from New Mexico
Tuesday (9/20): No workout
Wednesday (9/21): No workout
Thursday (9/22): No workout
Friday (9/23): No workout
Saturday (9/24): On Saturday I met up with Nick & Sherman at the Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park. We ran 8 miles around Patriot’s Point and the Shem Creek area. It was a very humid morning even though the running temperature was at 74 degrees. We averaged a 10 minute pace.
