This was a light week for me. With only 3 weeks between half marathons, I decided not to work myself too much. Next weekend, I will be running my next half marathon for State #16 in Portland, Oregon on October 9th with the Portland Half Marathon.
Monday (9/26): No workout
Tuesday (9/27): No workout
Wednesday (9/28): On Wednesday, I meant up with my Wednesday morning MUSC running group. We met at the MUSC Wellness Center at 5:30a and run 4.4 miles around downtown Charleston. It was a little cooler so it is starting to get back to nice running weather again. We ran at a 9:37 pace.
Thursday (9/29): No workout
Friday (9/30): No workout
Saturday (10/1): On Saturday I we went up to Santee and spent the day is the country for my birthday weekend. There was a lot of gun shooting, BBQ, birthday cake, and friends! We went at ate BBQ at the Lone Star BBQ, if you are in the area, I highly recommend it!
Sunday (10/2): On Sunday I got in 6 miles on the treadmill at the house at a 9:45 pace.
