It is finally Fall running weather in Charleston!!!! This week I got back from Portland from the Portland Half Marathon, so only had a few days of running. I hope to have my race recap for the Portland Half Marathon later this week. After Hurricane Matthew, we are just starting to get our house & lives back in order.
Monday (10/10): Flew back home from Portland, Oregon
Tuesday (10/11): No workout
Wednesday (10/12): I ran with my MUSC Wednesday morning crew at 5:30am. We ran 4.25 miles around downtown Charleston at a 9:35 pace.
Thursday (10/13): No workout
Friday (10/14): No workout
Saturday (10/15): I met up with Luke, Alyssa, & Kevin on the West Ashley Greenway for 8 miles. We started at 7:30am and ran at a leisurely 10 minute pace. We met up with Renee and her running partner as she was running a 12 miler in prep for the Marine Corp Marathon is just a few weeks.

You forgot to mention your Krispy Kreme post run on Saturday… it was a nice morning for a run and Krispy Kreme, too!
Aw man I sure did! Man they smelt so good on the Greenway, we couldn’t pass them up after the run! 🙂
