Well it has been over a month since my last weekly training blog. I have been doing so many races lately, I just haven’t had time to focus on my blog much. Last weekend I finished up my last half marathon for the year with the annual Space Coast Half Marathon. I will have my recap of that race later this week. I completed 8 half marathon this year to bring my overall total to 32 half marathons.
Here was this past week’s training.
Monday (11/28): Walt Disney World
Tuesday (11/29): Walt Disney World
Wednesday (11/30): Walt Disney World & traveled back home
Thursday (12/1): Back to the grind at lunch. I ran 4 miles at the gym at lunch to get back to business. 9:44 pace
Friday (12/2): No workout
Saturday (12/3): On a chilly Saturday morning, I ran the West Ashley Greenway with Luke, Dave, & Alyssa. We ran a 9:40 pace.

Weekly Mileage: 12.12 Miles
2016 Total Miles: 761 Miles
