This was a pretty uneventful running week. Just putting in the time & miles training for the Little Rock (AR) Half Marathon & Dallas (TX) Half Marathon in March.
Monday (1/23): No workout.
Tuesday (1/24): I did a 3 mile run on the treadmill at the gym at lunch. It was a super rough hill training module, so the pace was not great, but forced myself to run at inclines up to 30% which I have never done.
Wednesday (1/25): I met up with my Wednesday morning MUSC Running Group at the Wellness Center at 5:30a and ran 4 miles. We averaged a 9:19 pace.
Friday (1/27): No workout
Saturday (1/28): I met up with my Saturday running group at the Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park. We ran up Coleman and out to the end of the Shem Creek Boardwalk, then on to Pitt Street Bridge in the Old Village. We then returned and ran out to the Waterfront Park Fishing Pier to finish up 9 miles at a 9:54 pace. Tommy, Luke, Alyssa, EMack, & Weston joined me.
