I am now about 4 weeks away from the Little Rock, AR Half Marathon. This will be half marathon #34 & state #18. Training has been going well.
Monday (1/30): I went over to the gym at lunch and ran a 3.3 mile treadmill rolling hills routine at a 9:03 pace.
Tuesday (1/31): I went over to the gym at lunch and ran a 4.5 mile treadmill random hills routine at a 9:12 pace.
Wednesday (2/1): I met up with my Wednesday morning MUSC Running Group at the Wellness Center at 5:30a and ran 4.3 miles. We averaged a 9:17 pace. We had 10 runners come out, which is a lot for the Wednesday run!
Friday (2/3): No workout
Saturday (2/4): On Saturday, I met up with Tommy, Luke & Mike and we ran from Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park, over the Arthur Ravenel Bridge on to The Battery and back for a total of 10.3 miles. It was a brisk morning with a heavy wind, but we powered through.
