This was a rough week. I only got in 2 of my 4 runs in this week that I had planned. Being tired from the bridge last weekend and being busy at work caused me to just work through a few lunches this week. I am now about 3 weeks away from the Little Rock, AR Half Marathon. This will be half marathon #34 & state #18.

Here was this past week’s training.
Monday (2/6): No Workout.
Tuesday (2/7): No Workout.
Wednesday (2/8): I met up with my Wednesday morning MUSC Running Group at the Wellness Center at 5:30a and ran 4.1 miles. We averaged a 9:13 pace.
Friday (2/10): No Workout.
Saturday (2/11): On Saturday, I met up with Luke & Dan and we ran from Mt. Pleasant over to Sullivan’s Island. We made a loop around the entire island for a total of 11 miles. It was a beautiful morning for a run. We averaged a 9:36 pace.
You ran more than me! Plus you got the long run in with one bridge so that’s good. My ankle started hurting so I just opted to cross train almost all week. Giving it another day or so then will try to run again tomorrow or Tuesday.
