Well it has arrived. Next weekend I will run the Little Rock, AR Half Marathon. This will be half marathon #34 & state #18.
Here is how the medal reveal was done for the Little Rock races. Hilarious!
Here was this past week’s training.
Monday (2/20): I did something new and ran outside at lunch with one of my coworkers, Jason. We ran to The Citadel and back for 3.5 miles.
Tuesday (2/21): I did a 5 mile rolling hills routine on the treadmill at the gym. The grades were 3% to 6%. Pace was 9:12.
Wednesday (2/22): I met up with my Wednesday morning MUSC Running Group at the Wellness Center at 5:30a and ran 4.2 miles. We averaged a 9:14 pace.
Thursday (2/23): No Workout.
Friday (2/24): No Workout.
Saturday (2/25): On Saturday, I met up with EMack, Alyssa, & David R. We started at the MUSC Wellness Center and ran a total of 8 miles in downtown Charleston. It was a beautiful morning for a run. We averaged a 9:56 pace.
