Well it has arrived. I ran the Little Rock, AR Half Marathon. This was my 34th half marathon & 18th state.
Here was this past week’s training.
Monday (2/27): Jason and I ran 3 miles at lunch.
Tuesday (2/28): No Workout.
Wednesday (3/1): I met up with my Wednesday morning MUSC Running Group at the Wellness Center at 5:30a and ran 4.2 miles. We averaged a 9:35 pace.
Friday (3/3): No Workout.
Saturday (3/4): No Workout. Traveled to Little Rock, Arkansas to run the Little Rock Half Marathon.
Sunday (3/5): I ran the Little Rock, Arkansas Half Marathon in a time of 1:54:28 which equates to a 8:44 pace. I will be doing my race recap later in the week.
Just two weeks until the Dallas Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon!
