So this is new for me, I am going to post a recipe. Actually, I am going to re-blog a post from my friend Shelly, who posted this on her blog yesterday. It sounded so good I had to relay it to my followers! In fact, I am going to share this with my office group that is doing the Biggest Loser competition! This is a Weight Watchers recipe, and looks awesome. I am going to have to try it this weekend. If you try it, give me your feedback in the comments!
Makes 32 bars (3 ww points plus each)
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 Cup (1 stick) light butter, melted
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp skim milk
Preheat oven to 350. Mix bar ingredients together and pour into a 13×9 pan coated with nonstick spray. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool slightly.
Combine icing ingredients and spread over the top of bars. Cut into 32 bars.
